Heart 2 Soul Counseling is a group therapy practice in York, PA, growing thoughtfully from a solo practice into a small team of clinicians and support staff. We're looking for people who care as much about doing the work well as we do.
Our mission
We believe meaningful healing begins when people feel genuinely seen, heard, validated, and supported — and that therapy should also help clients build insight, learn useful skills, and make real progress. Everyone on our team, clinical or administrative, plays a part in making that possible.
What it's like to work here
As a small but growing practice, team members tend to wear a few hats, have direct access to leadership, and can see the tangible impact of their work.
We're mindful of burnout in the mental health field, and we've set out to be different from group practices and agencies that push hours over self-care. We aim for trust, reasonable expectations, and real work-life balance for our whole team. Our full-time clinicians typically carry about 25 client-facing hours per week — a caseload standard for our clinical team specifically, not a benchmark for administrative roles like the Practice Manager.

Work at an NHSC-Approved Site
Heart 2 Soul Counseling is an approved National Health Service Corps site. Eligible clinicians may be able to participate in applicable NHSC programs, subject to current federal program requirements and individual eligibility.

Primary Focus: Psychological Assessment & Testing.

Primary Focus: Medication Management & Treatment Planning.
